The Vortex Diamondback Tactical 4-16x44 FFP EBR-2C MRAD is designed for precision shooting and demanding hunting applications. The Tactical series combines high-quality optics, reliable mechanics and practical features for shooting at varying distances.
The Diamondback series has long been one of the most popular lines from Vortex Optics. The Tactical models are specifically developed for range shooting and feature the EBR-2C reticle together with exposed tactical turrets, allowing fast adjustments for different distances and changing wind conditions.
Optical Performance
The scope features ED (Extra-Low Dispersion) glass that reduces chromatic aberration and provides improved contrast, sharpness and resolution. XR fully multi-coated lenses increase light transmission while reducing glare and reflections.
EBR-2C MRAD Reticle
The EBR-2C reticle is located in the first focal plane (FFP), meaning the reticle size changes with magnification while maintaining accurate MRAD measurements at all zoom levels.
The detailed reticle design allows compensation for wind, moving targets and bullet drop. It can also be used for estimating distance and target size.
